Practitioners, not lecturers.
- You do the work now, or did it recently enough that the details are still sharp.
- You can show something you built, shipped, or turned around — proof of work beats pedigree here.
- You teach in specifics: the actual decision, the actual tradeoff, the thing that went wrong.
- You can commit a few hours to a first lesson or session. That's the whole ask to start.

Frequently asked
How much time does this take?+
A first async lesson is usually three to five hours end to end, including the recording. A live session is about the same, plus the hour you're on the call. After that it's up to you — some mentors do one thing and stop, some build out a track.
Do I need to have taught before?+
No. Most of our mentors haven't. If you can explain your work clearly to someone a couple of years behind you, we can handle the rest — structure, production, and the platform.
What do I actually have to make?+
For async, a short outline and a recording; the instructor panel turns that into slides, a mind map and quiz questions. For live, a rough agenda and you on a call. We don't ask anyone to write a textbook.
How long until I hear back?+
About a week. Every application gets read by a person, and if there's a fit the next step is a short call about what you'd teach and when.
Can I teach something that isn't on your list?+
Yes. The expertise list on the form is where we're strongest today, not a fence. If you work in something adjacent and it would genuinely help people in these roles, say so in the form.
